The App does not execute trades automatically or on behalf of users. All transactions require user confirmation before submission. The App does not guarantee accuracy, and users should verify all trade details with their brokerage before executing transactions. AllSmart Inc. is not liable for any financial losses resulting from market fluctuations, incorrect configurations, or decisions made based on the App’s output. The App does not control or influence trade execution, pricing, or settlement processes, which are managed by third-party brokerages. By using this App, you accept full responsibility for your investment decisions.
The Rebalance App is designed with a strong focus on user privacy.
No Personal Data Collection: The App does not collect, store, or share personally identifiable information (PII). No External Data Sharing: Any data processed remains on the user's device and is not transmitted to external parties. Brokerage Account Access: The App interacts with brokerage accounts only through secure authentication mechanisms (e.g., API keys).
We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect user information.
Secure Storage: Brokerage access credentials (API key and secret) are stored locally using Android’s AES/GCM/NoPadding encryption mechanism to prevent unauthorized access. No External Transmission: The App does not transmit or share brokerage credentials outside the user’s device. User Responsibility: Users are responsible for securing their devices and ensuring that unauthorized parties do not gain access to their brokerage credentials. Despite these precautions, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge the inherent risks of using digital services and should take additional steps to protect their accounts, such as enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
4. Third-Party Brokerages & External Services
The Rebalance App currently integrates with E*TRADE to facilitate portfolio tracking and rebalancing. Additional brokerages may be supported in future updates. Users are subject to their brokerage’s terms and conditions when connecting accounts and executing transactions. AllSmart Inc. has no control over brokerage operations, including trade execution, account management, or any fees imposed by the brokerage. It is the user’s responsibility to review and understand their brokerage’s policies before using the App.
The Rebalance App is committed to strict data privacy: No Data Sales: We do not sell, rent, or share user data with any third parties. No Third-Party Analytics or Advertising: The App does not use third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising networks. Brokerage Data: Any brokerage data retrieved by the App is used solely for the purpose of facilitating portfolio monitoring and rebalancing. AllSmart Inc. does not process or store user data on external servers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in regulations, security practices, or app functionality. Users will be notified of any material changes through an in-app notification or update notice.
